Complaints

Hill View Surgery aims to provide an efficient healthcare service to all of its patients.

 

Patients can discuss their needs with the clinical or administrative staff, as deemed appropriate as to the request.

 

If patients feel their needs are not being met, or they are dissatisfied with any provision of the health care provided they may speak directly with the Practice Manager.

 

In the absence of the Practice Manager, the patients may speak with the Senior Partner, Dr I Jairam.

 

If the patient is unhappy with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure they are advised to contact the external bodies of the NHS.
