ONE Appointment = 10 minutes = ONE patient = ONE problem

Highlight your concerns to your GP who will address the most serious issue.

Multiple problems take time and may cause the GP to rush or be distracted and errors may be made.

Other patients will be kept waiting if you over run the allocated time.
